Evaluation of Community Housing Aotearoa Incorporated
2007: An evaluation of Community Housing Aotearoa Incorporated (CHAI) to determine the extent to which CHAI has made progress in developing its capacity and the infrastructure required to support an effective and efficient community housing sector. Housing New Zealand commissioned the evaluation as the organisation that has funded CHAI since its establishment in 2004. An appreciative inquiry approach was undertaken for the evaluation - an approach that is based on identifying and building upon the current strengths of a programme or organisation.
