Evaluation of "Take Care" Environmental Project
2005: Evaluation of the Greater Wellington Regional Council's "Take care" environmental projects. This work involved interviewing members of Take Care groups throughout the region to evaluate what effects the programme was having at both a personal and community level. Other aspects canvassed included perceptions of the regional council and factors contributing to the sustainability of these projects. This work was undertaken with Michelle Rush of Michelle Rush Consulting.
Volunteer Involvement in Regional Parks
2001: Study on the involvement of volunteers in Wellington's Regional Parks - what they do, what motivates them, the value of their contributions. The report includes case studies of five Regional Council volunteer projects and compares the Council's volunteers programme with those of other agencies in New Zealand and overseas. This report was followed up with a series of strategy development sessions with park managers and rangers to discuss the implications of the findings and work out how to implement the recommendations for improving the Regional Council's programme within the exisiting budget.
Facilitation of regional meetings for ERMA NZ
