2004: The work was commissioned by the Labour Market Policy Group to assess the contribution that CBEC makes to social, economic and environmental wellbeing, identify the factors that influence the effectiveness of the organisation and provide guidelines for evaluating other community enterprise models. The evaluation was based on the principles of strategic management and Patton's process and outcome model of evaluation as a tool for improving the organisation's operations and outputs.
Unemployment and its Social Costs
1992-93: A social impact assessment of a flood mitigation scheme in an inner city location for the Hutt City Council and included strategies for employment creation and community development.
